រដ្ឋបាលព្រៃឈើគឺជាអាជ្ញាធររដ្ឋាភិបាល ដែលចំណុះក្រោមក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់និងនេសាទក្នុងការ គ្រប់គ្រងព្រៃឈើ និងធនធានព្រៃឈើស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយវិស័យព្រៃឈើជាតិ។ រដ្ឋបាលព្រៃឈើមានរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង ចាត់តាំងមួយឯកភាពទូទាំងប្រទេស ជាខ្សែរយៈបណ្ដោយ ដែលបែង ចែកជាថ្នាក់កណ្ដាល អធិការដ្ឋាន ខណ្ឌ ផ្នែក និងសង្កាត់រដ្ឋបាលព្រៃឈើ។

Forestry Administration (FA) is a government authority under the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) in managing forests and forest resources according to the National Forestry Sector Policy and the Forestry Law. The Forestry Administration has a unique management and organization structure for the whole country in vertical line, which divided into central, inspectorate, cantonment, division, and triage forestry administration levels.
